Grantfold is the vault. Invite-only. Each output partner gets a query-only grant, not a dump. This page is the honest version of how that works today.
No. Grantfold is the product. Carry was a verb we overused on the first homepage. The product is one repository that keeps taking sources and manages grants to each output partner.
No. You can already download a chat export and hand it to another model. Grantfold is the layer in the middle: consolidate many systems, keep the layers, and grant each partner only what it may ask.
First write current truth into USER.md and MEMORY.md. Chat transcripts are not packed. Then on that machine, follow /start. The packer writes identity, memory, and skill names. Secrets stay out. Sign in and drop the pack.
Someone who already has admin access sends you a 7-day invite. You open that link, choose your own email and password, and create the account. There is no public signup. The person who invited you does not pick your password.
Not yet. A live invite works for anyone who has the link until it expires. Treat it like a guest code. Do not post it.
Yes. After you create the account, email and password work on a new device. You do not need a fresh invite just to sign in again.
The website and login run on Vercel in the United States (grantfold.com).
Your account record and vault live in Grantfold’s private United States store. They are not on the public pages, and they are not mixed into anyone else’s map.

You. Other invitees cannot open your map or ask your vault. Public pages do not include it. A model only sees what you later grant, and only as a query, not as a dump.
As a one-way hash. We cannot read your password. Sessions use a signed cookie on grantfold.com. We do not put the vault in that cookie.
No. We do not sell vault data. We do not use your vault to train public models. We do not send messages as you.
Credentials, raw files, and anything that should never leave home. Coverage stays unknown until a search actually hits. We do not claim we cloned your voice.
Not yet as a raw zip in the browser — official ChatGPT and Claude archives are large. On the machine that has the zip, run the Grantfold export packer, then drop the pack on your map. Dated notes overrule older notes on the same subject.
No. This is invite-only software. If you need a certified processor before you will store something, do not put that something here yet.
Ask the person who invited you. There is not a self-serve delete button yet. When you ask, the account and vault for that email are removed from the store.
